Ingredients
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
- 1 large bunch broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 slices bacon, crumbled
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a mason jar or small bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar or honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss gently.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
