  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • 1 large bunch broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 4 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar or 1/4 cup honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mason jar or small bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, sugar or honey, salt, and pepper until smooth. Refrigerate.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, broccoli florets, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds. Toss gently.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
