  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1¼ cups heavy cream
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  4. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and dill. Return the salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer gently for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished as desired.
