- 12 oz shrimp peeled, deveined, and cooked
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon thyme leaves
- ¼ teaspoon ground oregano
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl and drizzle with canola oil. Cover and gently shake the bowl to coat the shrimp evenly.
In a small bowl or container with a lid, mix together the smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, thyme, and oregano.
Add the seasoning mix to the shrimp. Cover the bowl again and gently shake to evenly coat the shrimp with the spices.
Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
