Ingredients

For the Honey Pepper Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste
  • Salt to taste

For the Pasta:

  • 12 oz penne or fusilli pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook the Chicken:

  • Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Grill for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Pour honey-pepper sauce over chicken, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Let rest, then slice into strips.

Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Everything:

  • Toss cooked pasta in the creamy sauce.
  • Add sliced chicken on top and mix gently.

Serve & Enjoy:

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
