- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken grilled, fried, or rotisserie
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing add more to taste
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup homemade croutons
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 flour tortillas or wraps 10-inch
In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, chopped chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss well using tongs. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the dressing if needed. Set aside.
Warm the tortillas:
In a large skillet, heat each tortilla over medium heat for 15 to 30 seconds per side until pliable. Transfer to a plate and cover with a kitchen towel to keep warm.
Alternatively, warm the tortillas in the microwave between paper towels for 15 to 30 seconds.
Assemble the wraps:
Lay a tortilla on a clean surface. Place a portion of the Caesar salad mixture in the center.
Fold in opposite sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly, burrito-style. Secure with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Serve the wraps whole or cut them in half, and enjoy!
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh on the day they are made.
To save time, you can prep the ingredients ahead of time by chopping the lettuce, cooking the chicken, and making croutons, then assembling the wraps when ready to serve.
