Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the Wrap:

  • 1 burrito-size tortilla
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the Bacon:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook bacon for 2-4 minutes per side until crispy.
  • Let cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear for 4 minutes per side, then bake for 9-12 minutes.
  • Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

Make the Salad:

  • Combine chopped lettuce, chicken, bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
  • Toss well to coat.

Assemble & Toast the Wrap:

  • Fill the tortilla with the salad mixture.
  • Fold and roll tightly.
  • Toast in a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
