Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

Sear the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  • Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  • Add Italian seasoning and let the sauce thicken slightly.

Finish Cooking:

  • Return the chicken to the pan, spooning the sauce over the top.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
