Easy 2-Ingredient Chocolate Mousse

This ultra-simple vegan chocolate mousse is rich, velvety, and impossibly smooth—all made with just two ingredients. Inspired by French chocolate chantilly, it uses hot coffee or tea to melt dark chocolate, which is then whipped over an ice bath to create a fluffy, airy texture. A quick and elegant dessert perfect on its own or dressed up with your favorite toppings.
