Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles use gluten-free if needed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and honey. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and paprika, sautéing for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and let the soup simmer for about 5 minutes, or until the broth is slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Ladle into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.
