  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1 oz package ranch seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits or 6 pieces cooked and chopped bacon

Instructions

Mix the Base:

  • In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and seasoned salt until smooth and creamy.

Add the Mix-Ins:

  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, and bacon until fully combined.

Chill:

  • Cover the dip and refrigerate until ready to serve. For easier dipping, allow the dip to sit at room temperature for 20–30 minutes before serving if it has been chilled for an extended time.

Serve:

  • Serve with your favorite crackers, chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

Cream Cheese Tip: Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature for 30 minutes before mixing to ensure a smooth consistency.
Bacon Options: Use freshly cooked and crumbled bacon or turkey bacon for the best flavor. For convenience, store-bought bacon bits work well too.
Double the Recipe: Easily double the recipe to serve a larger group.
Make Ahead: This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge until serving.
