Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Protein powder Vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • ¼ cup Peanut butter Or almond butter, creamy
  • ¼ cup Honey Or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds Or chia seeds (optional)
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix Dry IngredientsIn a large bowl, combine rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, and flaxseeds (if using).
    Add Wet IngredientsStir in peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined.
    Fold in Chocolate ChipsGently stir in mini chocolate chips.
    Form into BallsUse a spoon or cookie scoop to portion the mixture, then roll into bite-sized balls. If the mix is too dry, add a splash of milk or extra honey.
    Chill and SetPlace the balls on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
